Note
For district heating, the objectives of the Grenelle Environment Forum are clear:
2020, triple the number of connected equivalents housing and feeding the heat networks to 75% by renewable energy or recovery.
Heating networks currently serve 2.1 million housing equivalents. Triple that number to reach 6 million housing equivalents involves a massive expansion of 420 existing large heating networks and the creation of many new networks. So many projects supported by the Heat Fund, created in late 2008, and / or by European or regional aid.
It is in this context that the Municipality of La Courneuve is the scene of major refurbishments of its territory.
